Katie Drew

Mission: 

To help clients reach reach their personal goals while focusing on the importance of strength, cardiovascular fitness, injury prevention, nutrition and mental health.

As a seasoned group fitness and spin instructor, with experience as an NPC competitive athlete in the Figure division, I bring practical expertise and a strategic mindset to training.

Hypertrophy and aesthetics, with a focus on technique and applied understanding of body mechanics. I work with individuals or small groups, from beginner to advanced.
