About: 

Been in and around the business for over twenty-years, has been managing the gym for seventeen of them, and training on and off for fifteen.

Katie Drew

Mission: 

To help clients reach reach their personal goals while focusing on the importance of strength, cardiovascular fitness, injury prevention, nutrition and mental health.

Over 15+ years experience. Originally from California. University of San Diego graduate, NCAA division I soccer player.

Injury recovery, fitness over 60.

About:

One of the owners of Muscle Up, Robert (or Bobby) has been training for over 25 years, and before that was a speed skater. He is excellent with older people.
